Join us at index AI

index AI helps enterprises make their knowledge trustworthy, governable, and ready for GenAI. We scan messy knowledge estates, surface what is broken (duplicates, contradictions, ROT), and help teams fix it with clear governance and measurable outcomes.

We are building a high-output team focused on real client impact. If you like enterprise problems, complex stakeholders, and shipping outcomes not theatre, you will fit in.

Why join Index AI
  • Enterprise-grade problems: regulated industries, complex knowledge estates, high stakes.

  • Real outcomes: better AI answers, lower contact centre re-contacts, fewer compliance risks.

  • High ownership: you will shape how we sell, deliver, and scale.

  • No fluff: direct communication, fast decisions, clear expectations.

Senior Client Partner

You’ll own strategic growth across enterprise accounts and be the person who turns interest into revenue. This is a high-credibility hunting role where you lead from the front: getting in with senior buyers, exposing the hidden cost of messy knowledge, and making the case for action now. You’ll show leaders exactly why AI fails when the knowledge layer is broken, then sell a clear, practical path forward through index Scope, Scan, Solve, and Shift, from first conversation to paid pilot to expansion.

What you will do
  • Build, qualify and close a strong pipeline of enterprise SaaS opportunities (typically £50k–£500k+).

  • Generate pipeline through your industry network, LinkedIn presence, partner relationships, and proactive outbound.

  • Run high-quality discovery with senior stakeholders across CIO/IT, CX/Contact Centre, Knowledge Management, Digital, Risk/Compliance, and Procurement.

  • Map the account: budget owner, decision process, decision criteria, champion, stakeholders, blockers, timelines, and urgency.

  • Position index AI clearly against build vs buy and competing approaches, tying value to measurable operational outcomes and risk reduction.

  • Create executive-ready narratives and business cases that land with buyers (problem → impact → proof → plan → commercial ask).

  • Shape proposals, SOWs and commercials with clear scope, success metrics, delivery plan, and a defined path to expansion.

  • Drive pace: move from first meeting to proposal rapidly, using crisp next steps and stakeholder alignment.

  • Maintain an evidence-based forecast with strong pipeline hygiene and predictable weekly progress.

  • Partner closely with delivery for clean handovers: scope, risks, success criteria, comms plan, and stakeholder ownership agreed.

  • Ensure early wins convert into renewals and expansions by staying engaged post-sale and supporting account growth.

You will be a strong fit if you…
  • You thrive on cold outreach, door-opening, and creating opportunities where none existed. You don’t wait for inbound, you manufacture pipeline.

  • Can sell to the top of the house. You’re confident with C-suite and senior leaders, can control the room, and know how to turn curiosity into urgency, and urgency into a decision.

  • Live for the chase and the close. You’re competitive, resilient, and relentless. You follow up hard, handle rejection without flinching, and you don’t let deals drift.

  • Are a master of persuasion. You can reframe problems, challenge assumptions, and make the status quo feel expensive. You sell value, outcomes, and risk reduction, not product features.

  • Know how to run an enterprise deal cycle end-to-end. You can qualify fast, map stakeholders, build a champion, navigate procurement, and keep momentum through legal and security without losing control.

  • Can turn a conversation into a commercial. You’re sharp at shaping proposals and commercials, and you know how to ask for the money without sounding awkward.

  • Bring your own network and your own engine. You already know how to access the right accounts and people, and you have the discipline to run a high-volume outreach machine.

  • Love building the story as you sell it. You can test messaging live in the market, learn fast, and refine your pitch until it consistently lands.

What we offer
  • Competitive base salary and commission tied to closed revenue and expansion.

  • Warm start with a clear ICP, messaging, pitch assets, and founder support on priority deals.

  • Autonomy with backing: you own the number, we remove blockers fast (pricing, proposals, product input, exec access).

  • Enterprise-grade product: real value, clear outcomes, and a delivery team that can land results.

  • Hybrid working with flexibility and minimal internal bureaucracy.

  • Career growth as we scale: first senior sales hires become leaders, not passengers.

  • A straight-talking culture focused on outcomes, trust, and doing the work properly.

Experience must-haves
  • 5+ years as an enterprise hunter in B2B SaaS / data / AI / CX / governance / IT services, with a proven ability to open doors and create pipeline from scratch.

  • Documented closes in complex enterprise deals: multi-stakeholder, procurement-led, long-cycle sales with £50k+ ACV (or equivalent), plus evidence you can consistently progress deals through to signature.

  • Executive-grade discovery and value selling: you can get to the real pain fast, quantify impact in commercial terms, build a simple business case, and run confident C-level meetings that move decisions forward.

  • Credibility selling into regulated or high-complexity sectors (telco, utilities, finance, aviation, public sector): you understand how to sell where risk, governance, and scrutiny are high and deals don’t close on charm alone.

  • Hard pipeline discipline: you run your patch like a machine, clean CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, tight next steps, and clear qualification logic (MEDDICC-style thinking even if you don’t label it).

Experience strongly preferred (but not deal breakers)
  • You’ve sold into the real buyers: Knowledge Management, Customer Operations / Contact Centres, Digital/IT, Security/Risk, or Compliance, and you know how to turn their pain into budget and urgency.

  • You can win “buy vs build” arguments. You’ve sold platforms, analytics, or governance tooling where the default is “we’ll build it internally,” and you know how to make the build option feel slow, risky, and expensive.

  • You’ve used partners to accelerate pipeline. You’ve worked with consultancies, SIs, or platform ecosystems and can turn relationships into warm intros, co-sell motions, and deal flow.

  • You understand the enterprise knowledge landscape. You’re familiar with the environments we sell into: Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and the broader enterprise content/search ecosystem, and can speak the customer’s language without getting lost in the technical weeds.

Senior Delivery Manager

Own client outcomes across index Scope, Scan, Solve and Shift. Make delivery crisp, measurable, and expansion-ready.

You will lead enterprise delivery end-to-end, from first onboarding through measurable improvement and renewal-grade outcomes. You’re the person who makes clients feel safe: you bring order to messy knowledge estates, run tight governance, and turn index AI insights into action that sticks.

This is not a “project admin” role. It’s delivery leadership: managing stakeholders, controlling scope, protecting the team, and proving impact with numbers. Your work directly determines whether we win expansions and lighthouse references.

What you will do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery across index Scope, Scan, Solve and Shift for enterprise clients.

  • Own delivery plans, governance, RAID logs, and clear client communications.

  • Turn messy knowledge estates into crisp workstreams, priorities and outcomes.

  • Coordinate onboarding and technical setup with our engineers and client IT/security.

  • Establish baselines and prove impact with dashboards and measurable improvement metrics.

  • Create expansion momentum by delivering results clients want to scale across more teams and repositories.

You’ll be a strong fit if you…
  • Have a “single-owner” mindset and enjoy being accountable for outcomes.

  • Are confident managing complex stakeholders and enterprise environments.

  • Keep work structured and on track without slowing momentum or burning out the team.

  • Care about measurable improvement and adoption, not just go-live.

  • Communicate clearly and can lead calmly when priorities compete.

What we offer
  • Competitive package aligned to experience, with performance upside.

  • High autonomy and direct access to founders.

  • The opportunity to shape how a new category wins: AI readiness through knowledge governance.

  • A team that values pace, clarity and craftsmanship.

  • Flexible work hours with focus times around the UK and Western Europe.

  • Work locally or remote - we'll find the best model together.

Experience must-haves
  • 5+ years in enterprise delivery / engagement management / implementation (SaaS, data, IT services, consulting).

  • Proven ability to run end-to-end client delivery: planning, scope control, governance, RAID, stakeholder management and exec reporting.

  • Comfortable working with technical teams (integrations, APIs, data pipelines) without needing to code.

  • Able to define success metrics, set baselines and evidence outcomes.

  • Agile / PRINCE2 (or demonstrable experience applying these methods in practice).

Experience preferred (but not deal breakers)
  • Experience with knowledge/content estates: KM, intranets, enterprise search, content governance, service ops/contact centres.

  • Familiarity with Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow (or similar platforms).

  • Experience navigating enterprise security, data access and compliance constraints.

  • Experience running pilots/POCs and converting them into multi-phase expansion programmes.

  • Basic understanding of LLM/RAG risk and why knowledge quality and governance matter.
