Our story
The origin: Consulting
For over a decade, our core team was part of a consultancy that worked with organisations across different industries, each with one common challenge: users lacking the right information at the right time. Documents were duplicated, links were broken, outdated SOPs were still in use, and teams were wasting time chasing the right version of the truth.
Turning services into a product
We didn’t set out to build a product. At first, we were solving each mess manually, mapping knowledge systems, creating folder structures, building content inventories, and designing playbooks. But patterns started to emerge. The pain points were the same. The fixes were repeatable. So we began building tools to speed things up.
What started as internal tooling evolved into something more powerful, scalable processes backed by smart automation, visual interfaces, and flexible frameworks that could work across platforms and content ecosystems. We realised we weren’t just cleaning up content, we were helping companies regain clarity, confidence, and control over how they worked.
That’s when index was born.

Delivered multi-million £+ new business with ~90% win rates and >30% EBIT YoY, leading cross-functional teams and closing complex GenAI programs from GTM to board-level impact.
Kris Schmidt
KM-savvy data analyst and UX manager who turned messy estates into intuitive dashboards and remediation tools, coupling UX/UI craft and design with real-world knowledge-base operations and stakeholder enablement. Bridging product/delivery, prototyping/iterating with KM teams turning requirements into shippable workflows, clean information architecture, and measurable adoption.
Victor Rémond
Full-stack developer who built our Python APIs and Postgres services, automated deployments with Docker/Kubernetes, and hardened our automation and CI/CD foundations for scale. Victor also owns the integration layer end-to-end, turning messy third-party systems into reliable connectors with strong testing, observability, and security-by-default practices.
Mike Bradley
Ventures, strategy, partner and business development. Mike brings decades of experience in commercial development, converting product strength into market traction, strategic relationships, and growth opportunities. He brings venture perspective, partner leverage, and business development experience that shapes GTM priorities, unlocks enterprise access, supports investor/business readiness, and helps position businesses for repeatable, scalable growth across clients, channels, and strategic partnerships.
